Kozak Surfaces is a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience in flooring supply and home and commercial renovations.
For two decades, Ivona and Ryszard ran their company in the Lower Mainland, building a reputation for Canadian-design hardwood flooring, careful surface preparation, precise flooring and kitchen installations, and disciplined project execution. In 2025, the team relocated to the Okanagan to bring their expertise to Vernon, Kelowna, Salmon Arm, and the surrounding communities.
Today, Kozak Surfaces continues to help homeowners, stratas, and general contractors with flooring choices, design services, cabinets, countertops, and tile installations — managed with the same attention to preparation and accountability that has defined the company since 2006.
